This is an original address near the Basilica of San Giovanni: from the fresh catch of the day, the chef composes here a unique gastronomic menu of 9 antipasti and a dish of fish specialities, accompanied by a wine of the day to marry the flavours perfectly, all at a really reasonable price. The desserts are also very well done. Flavour, refinement, creativity, aesthetics, friendliness of the waiters, a faultless performance for this seafood restaurant whose pretty name means "chiaroscuro" in Italian.

We arrived shortly after they openned and without a reservation, luckily the we able to seat us. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and kind. When you're seated there is complementary cream of potatoe soup and Prosecco. We ordered the calamari to share as our appetizer, and risotto & a dish I couldn't begin to pronounce ???? for the main. I asked for a wine pairing with the meal and the wine they chose went perfectly with my dish. For dessert we had cheese cake. Everything was awesome. I will recommend this restaurant to anyone of my friends who visit Rome.
