A meeting of aesthetes opened in 1726 which offers its wide selection of small producers as well as Italian grands crus from all over the Botte, especially from Lazio, all hand-picked, which are tasted in specific glasses according to their body, their origin. Here you can enjoy its wine with Roman specialities, such as the delicious baccalà alla romana, all on the outside terrace in the pedestrian street, or on the long wooden and marble counter guarded by cherubs and hundreds of bottles that dress the place.

This is in a nice location especially in the evening. The servers were rude and stood close by and watched the customers eat the whole time. There was a 2.50 euro service fee to eat there. Watch about the questions the server asks while ordering because what they ask about will cost extra. Unfortunately, although it appeared as a nice place and we liked the eggplant parmigiana, the wine of the day was bitter/sour and the amatriciana sauce tasted more like a plain tomato sauce.

Surprisingly bad rigatoni here. We decided to give this place a try and while the appetizers were okay, the pasta was some of the worst I’ve ever had. It was incredibly salty and very overcooked, I couldn't even finish it. The waiter asked us to tip at the end, and while we don't mind tipping for good service, we did not feel the service justified a tip.
