Its facade does not look like much, but if you push the door of this restaurant in the Testaccio, you can taste authentic Roman cuisine in an equally authentic atmosphere. Attended by many Romans, the menu includes dishes such as animal mushroom dishes, celery stew, tripe, lamb intestines and beef tail stew.
