The map is clear on this point: here you eat Sardinian. From antipasti to cheese, from fish and vegetables. Everything here takes part in the same idea of picturesque restoration: The relaxed atmosphere, the hearty guests, the rich dishes of tradition blended with regional wines. Everything is served by super-fast boys… and bizarre. Only fish on Fridays. This is a bit far away, but it is worth visiting if you go to Villa Ada.
