This is a typical Tuscan restaurant and Rome's meat kingdom! To be sure of the quality and freshness of the meat, you can watch through a window as the butchers prepare your dish, and even choose your meat from a large refrigerator at the entrance. Apart from the specialties of tagliata and fiorentina, grilled meat served with potatoes and beans, you'll find Neapolitan pizzas of all types. Reservations are required on Friday and Saturday evenings.

I butteri è un ristorante di grande qualità sui secondi, soprattutto sulla carne. Sono stato con un gruppo di amici prima delle vacanze natalizie d’università. È un luogo dove puoi gustare, chiacchierare e ridere con i tuoi amici come se fosse la tua famiglia, non ti senti solo. Noi ovviamente abbiamo provato con gli antipasti e primi, i secondi sono molto cari, tuttavia osservando attentamente si può dedurre con chiarezza la maestosità della Fiorentina, media, al sangue soprattutto. Si mangia molto molto bene in pratica.
Un consiglio cercate di avere più soldi possibili per il secondo di carne perché costa un botto, ma vi posso dire che ne vale davvero la pena.
