Pier Daniele Seu is one of the pizza prodigies of recent years, ranked third best pizzaiolo in Italy in the Guida Top 50. A true artist, he offers gourmet pizzas and a menu that evolves with the seasons. This is undoubtedly one of the best pizzerias in Rome, and it's sometimes hard to find room: reservations are required! Start your meal with one of the fritti on the menu, such as the indisputable supplì, known here as seupplì. For dessert, tiramiseu is highly recommended, as are sweet pizzas!
