In just a few years, this restaurant has conquered the hearts of the Romans with its traditional cuisine updated to the latest taste. Its name, Jole, is not by chance: it is the name of the grandmother of Luca, the owner. Here, the cuisine of the nonna (grandmother) is celebrated and the deliciously vintage decoration seems to have been chosen by her. On the menu, you must try the ravioli alla coda alla vacinara, ravioli stuffed with cow's tail, typical of Roman cuisine. For dessert, the crostatina con crema e frutta secca is exquisite!
