Wine bar and restaurant in a quiet, shady square, a stone's throw from ancient Rome. The references on the menu promise interesting tastings for wine lovers. To accompany your glass, a vast choice of antipasti on land and sea: Parma ham, fried zucchini flowers and octopus salad. On the seaside, there's good fish pasta (spaghetti with clams and bottarga). On the land side, there's boletus and truffle risotto. A moment of pleasure for the taste buds, slightly removed from the tourist madness.

Déçus par les lasagnes, les boulettes et le rosbeef…
Et au niveau du service, ce n’était pas terrible non plus: les 3 premières assiettes ont été servies dans un délai raisonnable, la 4ème 5-10 minutes plus tard, et la 5ème 10-15 minutes après… des repas en décalage pour tout le monde…

The location in a cozy square and the cozy ambiance offered much promise. Sadly, the cooking didn’t live up to the expectations. Nothing was bad, it just wasn’t inspiring. For the prices charged - starters and mains are €15-25 each, the bill can easily rack up to €40 per head, even without wine. I was also disappointed to see the waiter point to the card machine and tell me that I could add a tip. He made sure I was informed that the coperto of €3 per head “belongs to the owner”. I am not averse to leaving tips but a restaurant that charges high prices and then adds a more than average coperto better pay its staff without them having to guilt trip patrons into leaving tips. Certainly far better value dining options in the neighbourhood.

Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto, solo patate, il personale ha mentito dicendo che ci sarebbero voluti 15 minuti, ma abbiamo aspettato 25 minuti, quindi siamo dovuti andare via, quando abbiamo sentito questo, il cameriere ha sorriso in modo suggestivo e ci ha cacciato via. Prima abbiamo mentito dicendo che stavamo aspettando 7 minuti.

Zamówiliśmy przystawkę, same ziemniaki, obsługa kłamała że będą to robić 15 minut ale czekaliśmy już 25 więc musieliśmy wyjść słysząc to pan z obsługi uśmiechnął sie sugestywnie wyganiając nas. Wcześniej kłamiac że czekamy 7 minut.
