Next to the portico of Ottavia, the heart of the Jewish Ghetto, the Ghetto Casher tavern is one of these restaurants in the typical neighborhood offering the curious specialties of the Judeo-Roman cuisine prepared carefully and according to kosher rules. It would still differ from others by real authenticity. Delicious dishes such as mixed frills (do not miss artichokes), primi prepared properly, fish or meat at the brink… for a relatively low price. Gnocchi zafferano e fuori di zucca poco sapidi, ottimi i tonnarelli con Gricia e carciofi. Abbondanti e molto buone le crostate di ricotta e cioccolato e postaccio e cioccolato. Servizio disorganizzato, lento e poco empatico. Prezzi troppo elevati per il servizio offerto.
