With its rustic hostel appearance, Giggetto has become a true institution among the many addresses in the Ghetto. This family restaurant has been serving Judeo-Roman specialities since 1923, treated with care and finesse. Try in particular the filetto di baccalà and the carciofi alla Giudia, fried artichokes that are part of the typical dishes in Rome. On sunny days, the terrace overlooking the lively via del Portico d'Ottavia is pleasant.

We had a very delicious rice curry specially made for me and my partner Giuseppe Russo, and with oxtail soup made by Stefano himself it was lovely, I will never forget, I will definitely visit again,

Fast l, roomy and pleasant, if a bit touristy.
