Ristorante con creativa cucina romana. Pietanze con accostamenti originali. Personale attento e gentile pronto a soddisfare velocemente ogni richiesta. Ottimi vini e dolci superlativi. Una nota particolare va anche al pane, veramente speciale. A presto.

Avuta la possibilità di mangiare due volte durante un breve soggiorno a Roma in questo localino carino poco distante da piazza Navona. Il servizio è veloce e un po’ “impersonale”, ma data la grande affluenza di turisti da tutto il mondo si può comprendere, mentre il cibo è, per me, stato nettamente sopra la media dei ristoranti che abbiamo avuto modo di provare in questi giorni.

Had a really mixed experience with staff here, don't recommend this place. Waiter kept insisting on getting a tip, it was bizarre and quite aggressive and repeated. Maybe he heard the American accent.. left a very negative impression on us. This is after receiving fantastic service (slow but she was overwhelmed) from his colleague, we didn't catch her name but she was fantastic. Then this is how the dinner closes out.

This is the typical place that I expect to see in the Slow Food guide, don't know why they aren't listed. We have been here three times over a few years. Traditional but sometimes with a twist. Excellent service, good presentation, lovely ambience, also tables outside. Very central but slightly off the beaten path so cozy and relaxed location. Excellent wine selection, also a few good choices by the glass although I must confess that my rosso di Montefalco had been likely opened one or two days earlier so wasn't so good. We didn't have dessert this time but in the past we did and they were oustanding (also excellent wine pairing, here we discovered terrific Dindarello from Maculan). Good job!

El Ditirambo es el sitio más acogedor que he conocido en Roma. Un espacio bonito, limpio y agradable, pero sin duda con una cocina espectacular. Las mejores alcachofas que probé durante siete días que estuve en la ciudad, tal es así que repetí varias veces para poder seguir probando cosas de la carta. El personal además nos hizo sentir como si el restaurante fuera una extensión de nuestra casa. Roma es mejor ciudad gracias a Ditirambo.

Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante di sabato a pranzo.
Sin da subito Emiliano si è dimostrato attento e disponibile procurandoci altrove un secondo seggiolone che non avevamo chiesto alla prenotazione.
Il cameriere che ha preso la comanda e’ stato altrettanto gentile e preciso.
Abbiamo ordinato una parmigiana di zucchine favolosa; consigliata anche la carbonara e la faraona.
Durante il pranzo Emiliano si è rivelato ospitale ed attento nel suggerisci dei piatti da ordinare e offrendo dei dolcetti a nostra figlia piccola!
Piccole accortezze che fanno la differenza.
Ambiente familiare, qualità dei piatti e personale preparato ed educato sono stati sicuramente punti a favore di ditirambo.
Consigliatissimo!!!

Excellent restaurant qui propose une cuisine de qualité abordable dans un quartier touristique (sans être un piège à touriste). Nous avons tellement apprécié que nous y sommes retourné deux fois durant notre séjour! Mention spéciale pour les serveurs, d'une gentillesse sans égale, tout en étant discrets et professionnels. Très belle experience, nous avons passé un agréable moment. De l’apéritivo au repas, sans fausse note, antipasti à partager excellent, les pasta à l’italienne rien n’a redire, les plats dans la continuité du repas ! Serveurs discrets, bienveillants et professionnels , tout ce qu’il faut pour passer une belle soirée dans une petite ruelle éloignée des touristes. Mention spéciale pour la belle carte des vins. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.
