At Obicà, we celebrate mozzarella(di bufala, buffalo, as it should be to respect the AOC!). This grand cru cheese, available in four different maturing stages, can be served with grilled vegetables, pasta or charcuterie, often organic. The desserts are excellent and the wines well chosen. The best thing is to come ataperitivo time. Four tasting menus are also available. The concept is all the rage, and major Italian cities as well as London, New York and Tokyo now have their own Obicà mozzarella bars.
