Former Da Alfredo al Campidoglio, this restaurant is located right at the foot of the Roche Dissembling. Already very well known during the 1950 s, it is the point of collapse of the entire population of the 7 th Roman art. He has served, among other things, shooting decor to the Film Scola film, we have loved so much. The kitchen is mainly Roman, and on Saturday you can often watch music on the terrace.

I went here based on reviews and a few people had mentioned it was “famous”. Maybe at one point it was but my experience was horrendous. I live here in Roma so I know what’s good what is not. First of all the service is non existent, they look absolutely miserable to be there. I was there at lunch and there was nobody else there, should’ve taken that as a sign. They had reserved signs on all the tables to make it look like it was popular yet nobody showed up. My appetizer was ok, not that bad but not good. I ordered their $18 carbonara that they are supposed to be famous for. It was by far the worst carbonara I have ever had. It came out cold and the color of it was brown. I took one bite and sent it back. I have never had to do that before once in Roma or in Italy. Just atrocious. Avoid at all costs.

Es durfte nur ein Mehrgänge Menü für 30€ pro Person bestellt werden. Die klassische Speisekarte wurde uns verwehrt, daraufhin sind wir wieder gegangen.

Esperienza culinaria straordinaria!

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo ristorante e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza culinaria straordinaria! Il carpaccio di tonno era fresco e delicato, con una presentazione impeccabile che ha reso ogni morso un piacere per il palato. I crostini di burrata erano semplicemente deliziosi, con la burrata che si scioglieva in bocca e un sapore ricco e cremoso che li rendeva irresistibili. Ma il piatto che ha veramente rubato il cuore è stato gli spaghettoni al pescespada. La pasta era perfettamente al dente e il pescespada era cucinato alla perfezione, con un sugo leggero e saporito che ha reso ogni boccone un'esperienza indimenticabile. Il servizio è stato impeccabile e l'atmosfera accogliente ha reso la serata ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a tutti gli amanti della buona cucina!

Recomiendo no acudir a este restaurante.
Te cobran por agua del grifo (3€), y cobran más dinero por servicio que el que te especifica en la carta. La comida muy normal y algo más cara que en otros restaurantes de la zona.
Desde luego el cobro de agua potable del grifo los convierte en unos auténticos ladrones más que un restaurante.
