Antonio, Francesco and Daniel were wonderful wait staff for our dinner service tonight. We didn't know what to expect and were uneducated to an extent. They were all so patient and kind. Antonio made a great recommendation for pairing with creme brulée and Daniel was so calm and attentive, a true pleasure. The chef does a fantastic job! Bravo.

Das war das besonderste gastronomische Erlebnis, welches wir je geniessen durften! Wir haben uns für das Renaissance-Menü entschieden - eine gustatorische Zeitreise in jenes Zeitalter! Jeder Gang basiert auf Rezepten aus jener Zeit, ergänzt mit einem kleinen, modernen Touch: eine "Wiedergeburt" der Renaissance. Auch der Service war einfach fantastisch: ich habe selten einen solch aufmerksamen, zuvorkommenden und freundlichen Service erlebt. Ein grosses Kompliment an das gesamte Team!

Spectacularly creative cooking at Michelin star levels. We spent Valentines day here and the tasting menu was absolutely sublime - epic moments like the langoustine carpaccio with celery and mozzarella cream and the foie gras macaroons. Playful, inventive and technically brilliant, we'd absolutely recommend it to anyone serious about their food. The chef Emidio (it was so good we asked his name) is a real maestro and all the staff were wonderfully kind and attentive. Hugely impressed and looking forward to the next visit
