It's a bit of Brazil with a bit of Japan. A trendy address that refreshes and offers a real alternative to the classic trattorie of the neighborhood. An explosive mix for these sushis with tropical flavors. The place is cheerful, with a printed wallpaper. Makis, nigiris, tartars and temakis are equally colorful, aesthetic and very creative. The cocktail menu offers variations based on Brazilian cachaça. Three other addresses in Rome: Borgo Angelico, 30, Piazzale di Ponte Milvio, 9 and in the Rinacente of via del Tritone.

Qualche affanno/ rallentamento quando c'è tanta gente (ritengo ci sia una unità in meno rispetto al necessario,era un sabato sera) però loro molto gentili e cibo squisito. Abbinamenti insoliti e comq pesce molto fresco.

La fusione di due cucine del tutto distanti tra loro, sebbene avessi alcuni dubbi a riguardo, si è rivelata funzionale e piacevole. Nota di merito spetta al cameriere che è riuscito a soddisfare tutte le mie richieste, che certamente possono essere state snervanti per chi lavora in cucina, mostrandosi aperto e disponibile. Il cibo era davvero buono e di ottima qualità; non nascondo che i prezzi possano essere leggermente altini, ma sono direttamente proporzionali a quello che ricevi.
