Next to the Campo dei Fiori, this traditional trattoria serves a cuisine for Roman gastronomy purists. The clientele is made of people who know Teresa well in cooking and her husband Mario in the room. The maison maison are only a few minutes away from the hotel. Reservation warmly recommended.

Malheureusement je n'ai pas aimé les pâtes aux champignons que j'ai pris. L'ensemble était assez fade et les champignons sous-cuits. Les carbonara de ma femme étaient en revanche superbes ! Dommage pour moi !

Very nice restaurant which recently opened taking the place of the historical Trattoria Settimio previously on the site. We ate on a Sunday lunch, and I understand that the menu is different on Sundays, so possibly what I know does not apply to the other days of the week.
Most dishes were created around "poor" meat pieces, like the tail, or trippa.
Quality was excellent. Everything was delicious. Upon request, the maitre proposed a red wine bottle that also turned out to be very good and not particularly expensive.

All in all we were enchanted by the experience. Totally recommended restaurant.
