Peccato la cottura della pasta, che nonostante io la preferisca al dente, l'ho trovata quasi cruda, ma i condimenti carbonara e amatriciana erano strepitosi!!!! Da migliorare il servizio in quanto non sempre i piatti sono arrivati assieme, quindi abbiamo mangiato tutti un po' "per conto proprio". Prezzi nella norma. Consiglio la prenotazione

Trattoria storica nel quartiere Testaccio, sul lungo Tevere.
Servizio rustico e senza fronzoli ma gentilezza e rapidità senza attesa.
L'ambiente è molto spartano.
Il cibo è semplice ma di livello: da assaggiare assolutamente i rigatoni alla carbonara veramente spettacolari col guanciale croccante.
Notevole nella sua semplicità anche la bruschetta al pomodoro.
Gabriele in sala è presente ed attento: un ambasciatore fiero della cucina romanesca!

Anche se è diventato turistico, giustamente aggiungerei, la bontà dei piatti è sempre presente. I tonnarelli alla gricia erano super.
