Excellent reputation for this restaurant not really located in the heart of Rome but which is worth a visit if you are looking for a good address in the neighbourhood along Via Nomentana. Cuisine inspired by the Sardinian tradition and thus by fish. Don't miss the mixed mixte.

Tornata dopo un paio di anni mi ha delusa questo ristorante dove un tempo si mangiava molto bene. Buoni i numerosi antipasti ma la fregola con crostacei era scotta e i paccheri della mia amica insapori. Per dolce ho chiesto la seada che però non era granché. Nel bagno invece ho incontrato uno degli addetti alla cucina che usciva dall'unico bagno delle donne!!! Inconcepibile che in un ristorante del genere non ci sia un bagno per gli impiegati e che questi usino quello delle donne!

Ristorante storico di pesce dove è nesessario prenotare qualche giorno prima altrimenti non si trova posto. Il cibo è superlativo, ottimo l’antipasto che propongono con vari assaggi. Il servizio è cortese e attento. L’ambiente è un po’ freddo, è un arredamento tipico da ristorante senza particolarità di arredamento, ma comunque assolutamente comodo. Io sono andata a cena di sabato, il locale era pieno di clienti e hanno gestito la situazione molto bene. Non abbiamo atteso e ci hanno dedicato tempo.

Do not eat here. As others have mentioned, this restaurant tried to overcharge us and hoped we would not notice. €35 for a 50 cl bottle of mineral water? We pointed out the ‘error’ to our waiter; the owner/manager returned with an updated bill and grunted an apology before dropping the check and turning on his heels. Had this been a genuine error, would he not have expressed some genuine remorse? Shame!

Posto pretenzioso che non regge alle aspettative. Ambiente classico con buona proposta di materia prima. Stop. Preparatevi infatti, a meno che voi non siate clienti abituali, a restare 10 minuti in piedi in attesa del tavolo, prenotato, ad altri 20 minuti prima di ordinare e ad una bottiglia di vino bianco abbandonata sul tavolo senza cestello né ghiaccio, in un ristorante di pesce. Prezzi esagerati sia per la qualità del servizio che per l'esperienza (compresa una carta dei vini non fedele all'offerta).
