Service client absolument déplorable et service commercial tout simplement inexistant. Aucune volonté de comprendre une erreur commise lors d'une réservation. Sur une même période, prix moins élevés sur le site de Trenitalia. Ayez toujours le réflexe de vérifier les prix avant de réserver chez cet opérateur qui a manifestement fait le choix de remplacer les interlocuteurs humains par des ordinateurs imbéciles. Plus jamais.

a good company that compete with trenitalia for high speed service between Milan and Naples and Turin. The seats are even more confortable but the tables are less stable and with vibration things get down. The issue is that there are only automatic machines distributing snacks so you cannot eat something decent like in trenitalia
