Ayer unos paisanos mío a olvidado su cargador Appel original persona que limpiar habitación quedar con cosa gente olvida luego te vas ahí dices no hemos encontrado nada que pena para esta hotel muy mal es un robo ????????????????????????????????

Hotel muy bonito, en plena Gran Vía, cerca de lo más importante de Madrid. Habitaciónes temáticas, muy bonitas y cómodas, con mucha luz. El personal encantador. Desde luego mi hotel en Madrid en futuras visitas. Estuvimos 3 días en abril mi hijo y yo, y la elección no pudo ser mejor, todos los teatros más importantes al lado, Sol, Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor, Cibeles...recomendable 100/%

Hemos venido en familia a pasar el fin de semana y ha sido maravilloso.
El personal súper atento y amable.
El desayuno y la comida con muchísima variedad y todo de calidad.
Las instalaciones súper cómodas y limpias. Los baños, y en especial las duchas, totalmente renovados y confortable.
Repetiremos!
