Très bien situé et confortable
L'accueil est chaleureux, on se sent tout de suite à l'aise (jus d'orange offert). Chambre belle et spacieuse, literie confortable. Notre balcon donnait sur le monastère de las descalzas. Situation optimale entre deux stations de métro, proche de l'opéra, la puerta del sol, la plaza mayor et le palacio real. Nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit.

Hôtel très bien placé permettant d'aller à pied aux principaux sites de Madrid (Musées, palais royal, places principales).
Confort et accueil très correct toutefois sur la rue piétonne très fréquentée (Arenal)
les nuits peuvent être très bruyantes.

Hôtel très bien situé à Madrid, très proches de 2 bouches de métros desservant entre autres l'aéroport. proche du Palais Royal, de la Plaza De Major ( accessibles à pied)....
Hôtel simple mais confortable. Très jolies chambres. Petit déjeuner buffet complet et varié.
Attention : quelques marches pour atteindre l'accueil, les ascenseurs et la salle de petit déjeuner donc non accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
Hôtel à conseiller sans aucun doute!
