La experiencia en Mario Hotel fue genial desde el proceso de la reserva hasta la atención. Gloria se preocupo de que estuviese todo listo, nos ayudo con gestiones como el recibir un paquete al mismo hotel antes de nuestra llegada y de tener detalle de bienvenida en la habitación.

Sentir esa atención personalizada ayudo a disfrutar la estancia en Madrid asi que gracias a Gloria y su equipo por todo.

Excelente experiencia x muy buena ubicación y servicios, muy buenas habitaciones y lo mejor el personal de recepción, tuve dos pequeñas incidencias, con la forma de proceder al pago y el parking público convenido con el hotel, y lo resolvieron de la manera más eficaz y rápida, muy resolutivas las personas y eficientes, un lujo, y q fácil cuando las cosas se hacen bien

Ottima posizione camere piccola e sterile(senza colore come visto in foto)dettaglio molto importante mancava il bidet. Colazione sufficiente (fino alle 12) ma se vai tardi non trovi tutto. Staff molto gentile e cortese.

This hotel is nice. I especially like the location. This hotel is around the corner from the palace. Lots of restaurants, grocery store, public transportation, taxis, and tuktuk tour available within feet of this hotel. Rooms are modern, warm, and beds are comfy.

Un par de noches en junior suite, todo muy bien para su categoría. Detalle de botella de agua con unos chocolates en la habitación y cafetera Lavezzi con café y tés. Por poner un pero la calefacción es por aire caliente centralizado, pero no en el cuarto de baño, yo les propongo que pongan radiadores eléctricos para secar las toallas y calentar por lo menos un poco.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία μπορείς να πας σε όλους τους τοπ προορισμούς ακόμα και με τα πόδια εχει στην γυρω περιοχή πολλα μαγαζια για φαγητό-ποτό και είναι δυπλα στην κεντρική αγορά. ειναι πρόθυμο και εξυπηρετικο το προσωπικό!!θα ξανα πήγαινα.

Great service. AND GREAT LOCATION. Very close to the opera metro station. You can walk to all the sights from here (plaza mayor/ callao/ solo/ palacio) and easily take the metro. Also, there is a Taxi stand close and it only costs 30 Euro (flat rate) to go to the airport, which is quite far. The rooms are comfortable, great service. Supermarket right next to the hotel

Un très agréable hôtel. Le hall et les parties communes sont colorées et acidulées. Le personnel est serviable et sympathique. La chambre est relativement spacieuse pour son prix. Le petit déjeuner est copieux sans être démesuré et le point positif, le petit déjeuner est servi jusqu'à 12h. La station opéra n'est qu'à quelques mètres, facilement accessible. Hôtel assez central et les principales animations autour se font à pieds facilement. Le point négatif, se situe au niveau de l'insonorisation, assez moyenne.

For a reasonable prices, the welcome is particularly attentive and friendly facing the requirements.



The hotel is particularly well located.

And the place is quiet.
