Hotel located a few metro stops from the Chamartín train station with spacious and comfortable rooms
The hotel is located a few metro stops from the Chamartín train station in the north of the capital, equidistant from the historic centre and Barajas airport. The somewhat out of the way neighbourhood, the predominantly business clientele and the idyllic setting make it a haven of tranquillity. The sublime central patio boasts precious wooden columns, resplendent chandeliers and a glass roof offering incredible light. The spacious and comfortable rooms are all equipped with whirlpool baths.

Highly disappointed that I wasn't even informed that my rooms weren't confirmed only to find out after arrival at the reception. Horrible service. They had my phone number and mail ID but didn't receive any communication although the guy at the reception says he did. Would never come here again! Avoid.
Also now that I read other reviews I realise that they do discriminate based on nationality/ race surely. Very visible the way they treat as well. I would rate this minus 10 if possible but Google doesn't allow for that

No repetiria por nada del mundo.
Habitacion que da a la calle principal tremendamente ruidosa. Sin servicio de TV porque segun el conserje los televisores son muy anticuados y deben cambiarlos. Cama muy incomoda. Olor a tuberias en el baño completamente insoportable en toda la habitacion. La decoracion en general muy anticuada. Necesitan renovarse es un hotel estancado en los años 70. Relacion calidad precio completamente desfasado. El personal no cuida los detalles, eramos 2 y solo teniamos amenities para 1. Lo unico pasable es que son habitaciones espaciosas.
