The Villa Magna was already one of the most lavish hotels in the Spanish capital, before a serious facelift and reopening in 2021. From its lounge with fireplace to its chauffeur service, the place exudes wealth and luxury. The 154 large, thickly carpeted rooms with state-of-the-art technology are indecently comfortable. A subtle blend of pomp and style that has been perfectly brought up to date with the new Rosewwod banner. A delicious stay in perspective.

I was at the bar the other day everything was great then a customer completely lost it at a member of staff for absolutely no reason. The staff member ( I think her name was Laura ) was so professional and polite to us and seemingly to this other guy also. He subsequently decided to completely scream profanities in her face in front of everyone. We all felt so sorry for that staff member. Pretty sure she cried after he left. Pretty shocked that the hotel let that kind of behaviour happen in their establishment. I hope that lady is ok and the hotel never lets that guy in again. Dreadful behaviour. Well done to that staff member Laura for being so professional during the whole event. She deserves a payrise !!!

Outstanding hotel in every category. Rooms, bed, great shower, AC, excellent service, both restaurants fantastic, bar/lobby so comfortable. Perfect location, im a well seasoned traveler and I wish there were more Rosewoods.

The best hotel in Madrid !
I stayed in la Villa Magna last week with my mum and we really enjoyed our stay.
The hotel is sumptuous, the room was so comfortable and the food is exquisite.
The staff is very kind and helpful and makes our stay amazing.
A special thanks to David for the warm welcome and to Matthias for his help during our stay.
I will come back for sure, thanks for everything !
