Very modern hotel with terrace offering large and comfortable rooms at an excellent price-quality ratio

A very modern hotel with an avant-garde design, located in the centre of Madrid, in a quiet street a few steps from the Plaza de España and Gran Via. The rooms are large and comfortable, all equipped with a kitchenette in addition to TV, free wifi, a desk, not to mention the terrace for the Junior Suites and the lounge area for the Suites. A varied and hearty breakfast is served as a buffet. You will appreciate the availability and warm welcome of the staff. Excellent value for money for an ideally located hotel!

Je vais commencer par les 3 points positifs parce qu'il y en a pas beaucoup... hotel propre, bonne literie et bon café...
Pour ce qui est des points négatifs :
- personnels désagréables ou tout simplement pas pros
- emplacement loin de tout
- lieu soit disant calme sauf qu'il est juste en face de la cours d'un collège...
- la salle du petit-déjeuner est tout simplement dans le hall d'entrée près de la porte principale de l'hôtel donc pas du tout cosy et il faisait très froid...pas agréable au reveil...
Ce n'est pas un lieu que je recommande...très déçue pour le prix!!!!

Our first time in Madrid and the hotel couldn’t be better. Good customer service, clean decent size room, convenient bathroom and excellent morning breakfast. The lady, Yolani, was responsible for the breakfast who managed everything earlier than 7am on our request as we had to leave for a tour. The location is near to Gran Via, ideal for checking out places by walk also. Convenient stores and restaurants nearby also. Also was able to send queries via Google chat which was great. Highly recommend!
