Very modern hotel with terrace offering large and comfortable rooms at an excellent price-quality ratio

A very modern hotel with an avant-garde design, located in the centre of Madrid, in a quiet street a few steps from the Plaza de España and Gran Via. The rooms are large and comfortable, all equipped with a kitchenette in addition to TV, free wifi, a desk, not to mention the terrace for the Junior Suites and the lounge area for the Suites. A varied and hearty breakfast is served as a buffet. You will appreciate the availability and warm welcome of the staff. Excellent value for money for an ideally located hotel!

Great value compact and clean room. Everything as described. The location is exceptional, walking distance to the Royal Palace, walking park and Plaza Espana, plus more, and also the hop on hop off bus. Breakfast is fabulous. The service throughout is fantastic, and really friendly.

LOVELY hotel in a safe and comfortable area of Madrid!

We enjoyed 6 nights here and the only criticism is the beds were a bit springy and could probably use an upgrade.

That said, the hotel is incredibly quiet, hosted by wonderful staff and has a daily included, delicious breakfast which all serve as reasons to stay at this property.

As well, location is almost too convenient - staying here you're within walking distance to most attractions of about 15-30minutes. If you prefer the metro, you will find it will take about 10-15mins to walk to from the hotel.

Great hotel, and the price for the quality is outstanding. We enjoyed ourselves very much!

This is great boutique hotel that looks very good inside and out. It is very well located in a quiet area, plenty of things to do within easy reach of the hotel. Walking distance to Gran Via, 2 blocks from Plaza de Espana, 10 min walk from the Royal Palace and other major sightseeing places. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, equipped with mini kitchen, including cook-top, microwave, kettle and basic kitchen utensils. Cleaned every day. The shower had good hot water pressure. The beds were comfortable. You can get a good night sleep. The breakfast prepared by Yolani was fresh and delicious with a variety of dishes, even for vegetarians. She also cared to prepare us a takeaway breakfast on a day we went on a tour. Yolani was friendly, warm and sociable (she even likes to teach you some Spanish words ????) . It is really important to her that the guests enjoy their breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating especially Hana and Daniella. It would be nice though if the hotel had complimentary coffee and tea in the room.
Highly recommended.
