The Hat… wow! Such an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, I knew my stay was going to be great. The staff were so welcoming and offered to store my bags while my room was being prepared. The room was so nice and clean, and the beds were comfy and came with a privacy screen which was great! The rooftop was amazinggg, they offered both drinks and food up there. They also had activities for everyone EVERY DAY! And all this for a low price, it was such a great deal. The location was also unbeatable, right next to so many walkable spots. Will definitely stay here again in Madrid!

Está muy bien ubicado, al lado de la Plaza Mayor. Es una terraza en el último piso. Tiene bastantes mesas, tanto dentro como fuera al aire o medio cubierto. Hay bastante variedad tanto de comida como de bebida. El servicio fue rápido, aunque diría que no especialmente agradable.

I didn’t stay here although I definitely will next time!! The staff were so welcoming and friendly, we went to the rooftop bar and had a wonderful experience. It was such a great atmosphere and our waiter was so full of energy, everyone was helpful and attentive! Drinks were great and food was delicious, a wonderful option for tapas style with friends.

Bel hostel mais manque d’espaces pour relaxer et se détendre. Chambre plutôt étroite.

No se les ocurra quedarse en ese lugar, es imposible dormir, las fotos son toda una falsa, las supuestas habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas, se siente el sonido de todo lo que hacen las otras personas, hasta la llave del baño, no hay respeto de hr, es toda la noche ruidos, en mi vida me había quedado en un citio como este,

Era una terraza súper agradable, pero las cosas hay que cuidarlas. No hablo como alojamiento, que no he estado.

Me ha parecido una maravilla, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y las camas bastante cómodas, hay buen ambiente y la verdad que los camareros son majísimos, pero sobre todo el chico de recepción, Jaime, fue un encanto e hizo que mi estancia fuera mucho mas placentera.

Amazing location, close to the plaza mayor. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. Beds were comfortable and my only problem I had was someone snoring right next to me, but thats not the hostel's fault. Would stay there again.

Regresaría 1000 veces más, es la segunda ocasión que me hospedo aquí en dos diferentes viajes. El equipo es muy amable y atento desde la recepción, durante el checkout y en el resguardo de maletas. Siempre limpio, siempre ameno y siempre será mi mejor opción. De la ubicación, no hablamos, a la vuelta está la Plaza Mayor.

One of the best hostels I stayed at in Spain. I love how the rooms have their own private bathroom and shower. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Great location! Right next to the plaza.
