There are a few negative points to bear in mind. First of all, it's important to note that the apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator, which can be an inconvenience for some travelers. In addition, the stairwell is often dirty. The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette and the bathroom is decent, but the sleeping area lacks soundproofing, which can be annoying for light sleepers. Despite these drawbacks, the apartment's central location is a positive point, with the Puerta Del Sol metro station and Gran Via nearby. However, it's important to note that the neighborhood can be noisy and the windows poorly insulated.
