Une nourriture véritablement bonne ! On peut y aller les yeux fermés. Le service est approximatif mais plein de bonne volonté et la serveuse agréable ! Un des meilleurs restaurants de Madrid !

On est très bien accueilli par le Chef qui nous explique les mesures COVID et sa carte, ainsi que sa femme qui fait le service. Les plats sont délicieux et raffinés ! Je ne regrette pas du tout !!
