There are not even words to define the cuisine of this 2 Michelin star restaurant, whose chef is Óscar Velasco, one of the guardians of the Spanish terroir. In this very chic (jacket) and subdued setting, open onto a tree-lined patio, you can enjoy yourself from start to finish. And the cheese platter is impressive.
