One of the most famous restaurants in the capital to taste the great gastronomic classics in good company.

Casa Ciriaco is one of the most famous restaurants in the city, where even the former king Juan Carlos visited. Here you can eat the great classics of local cuisine: callos (tripe), the award-winning pepitoria de gallina (turkey with almonds and saffron), partridge with beans (in season) and cocido (Tuesday). You only have to look at the photos on the walls to understand the importance of the place in Madrid's history: artists, politicians and writers have all sat down at Ciriaco. Attention, closed in August.
