Welcome to one of the oldest restaurants in the world, which has been delighting Madrilenians without interruption since... 1725 ! Quality address.
This is one of the oldest restaurants in the world, open without interruption since 1725, according to the Guinness Book of Records. What was once an inn-restaurant turned into the headquarters of Madrid's intellectuals and artists in the early 20th century. Today, the Sobrino de Botín is a gastronomic establishment just a stone's throw from the Plaza Mayor. It serves mainly suckling pig, grilled meat and gazpacho. To taste under the visible stones and next to the authentic wood oven of the XVIIIth century. A quality address.
