Located just a stone's throw from Grand Harbor and the Upper Barraca Gardens, this boutique hotel, opened in November 2015, was part of the wave of establishments preparing the year of culture in 2018, with the taste of ancient buildings. As a result, the eight rooms renovated by a Maltese of origin, Matthew, were decorated with great care: ground marble for rooms and bathrooms, comfortable bedding, WLAN, TV and fully equipped bar. For families who wish to stay in total comfort, you can only advise the Classic Maltese suite to the two king-size beds and multi-colored tiles illuminating the entrance of the room. Main issue is air con is limited to 23 in the rooms and turns off if you are not in the room. Absolutely lovely temp downstairs in reception with the staff but not the same in the rooms. Took several hours to get the temp down to a range you could sleep in the recent heat wave. Only alternative is to be naughty and leave a key in the room with the air con on all day. Which ruins the point of limiting the air con....
Chambre sympa, basique je dirai dont l amenagement avec la seule fenetre de la chambre est singulier.
