Situated in the middle of the promenade facing the cove, this hotel offers 64 double rooms. Of course, the rooms with sea views are the ones with the most exceptional views. But nothing is lost if you are not staying here. Breakfast is also served in the restaurant opening onto the bay, or even on the terrace if the weather is fine. The view will also be pleasant from the roof which hosts a small swimming pool and where you will have access to room service. All the rooms are comfortable, with coffee service and usual comfort.

In diesem Hotel darf man sich nicht daran stören, dass die Bäder sehr alt sind, hier und da der Putz von den Wänden fällt, eine Klimaanlage tropft oder der Staub nicht überall von den Simsen entfernt ist. Der Service war (zurückhaltend) freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant hat uns ganz überwiegend sehr gut geschmeckt. Auch das Frühstücksbüffet ist ordentlich, wenn auch nicht herausragend. Insgesamt kann man das Hotel für den Besuch auf Gozo sicherlich empfehlen, insbesondere wegen seines schönen Standortes.

I understand that your travel agent would have explained to you that you were booking an Atrium or Internal Room which you referred to as a room 'with a view of a column of stairs', however, you could have approached our front office and asked for an upgrade since the hotel has different categories of rooms - internal, Atrium (some with a small balcony), Valley view (with Balcony), Sea view (with Balcony), Club Sea view (with patio) and suites, naturally with different rates.
I am very sorry to note that restaurant staff were uncommunicative and I would have appreciated that this matter was brought to management's attention at once so that it would have been addressed on the spot.
