This artisanal bakery takes its name from Turlutin, a mischievous elf who is the hero of a song sung by children on Saint Martin's Day. The breads are baked in a wood-fired oven: the old-fashioned way, filled with seeds, raisins, nuts or olives. There are also manalas in December and galettes des rois in January.
