Staff fantastic food delicious simply the best

Très grand hôtel avec des chambres spacieuses. Personnel souriant et à l'écoute. Plusieurs restaurants aux alentours vraiment sympa.

Csodád 8 napot töltöttünk el a hotelben, időjárás előrejelzés miatt választottuk az All inclusive ellátást és magát a hotelt is, ugyanis rossz idő esetén sem szorultunk be a négy fal közé. Használtuk a beltéri medencét, a kondi termet, a bárt és isteni finomakat ettünk.
Az ételek választékosak, és finomak.
A szoba modern és tiszta volt. A napi szoba takarítást köszönjük Abinash Karki, nagyon figyelmes és precíz voltál!
A szálloda elhelyezkedése pedig kitűnő, autót béreltünk és minden nap találtunk a hotelhet közel parkolóhelyet. 10perc séta a parton és csodás naplementét is lehet látni. Cafe Del Mar szintén 10perc sétára van, ez a fiataloknak szerintem bónusz plusz pont a buli miatt.
Ide biztos, hogy vissza fogunk még jönni!!!

Un hotel muy,muy bonito.Las instalaciones estupendas,creo que mejor hotel donde he estado por parte de restaurantes,piscinas,club infantil,resturante con sitio para jugar los niños y los padres cenar tranquilos.

One of the best hotels Iv been , the breakfast is lovely rooms are amazing, location is nice and quiet. Rabin the receptionst was so kind and helpful , he made my experience very enjoyable I hope to see him again. I was able to check in early and I was provided with a gorgeous room. I am very thankful for his help with a kind smile on his face always :)

Anil Rai was our attendant and we were very happy of his service and availability for all our needs. Our stay in Malta was very nice and I strongly suggest to come and visit the same.

Obsługa hotelu była na wysokim poziomie, wszystko jak się należy, Pan bhim and Panj yasodha byli bardzo pomocni i jesteśmy z nich bardzo zadowoleni.. serdecznie polecam !

The hotel was great :) really nice buffet, great location directly at the beach and the bus station is right in front of the hotel. The staff is friendly but we often had communication problems as their English wasn't that good and they didn't know much about Malta and it's attractions

Superbe séjour ! Emplacement de l'hôtel exceptionnel, le rooftop est absolument a faire : même par temps frais, les jacuzzi avec vue surplombant la baie raviront même les plus frileux. Buffet varié et de très bonne qualité, il y en a pour tous les goûts et toutes les envies. Le buffet de desserts du dimanche après midi est a ne pas manquer! La propreté des chambres est assurée tous les jours, avec toujours un petit mot gentil de l'équipe. Accès à tous les moyens de communications qui desservent l'île et les ferries juste devant l'hôtel ou a 5 mn a pied. Je recommande vivement la formule all-inclusive qui donne accès à de nombreuses options de repas, restaurants et lounge. Seul bémol, certaines -rares- personnes du service ne sont vraiment pas aimables, mais le professionnalisme, le sourire du reste de l'équipe et les prestations offertes par cet hôtel compensent largement ce point négatif et valent le 5 étoiles.

Super vriendelijk personeel, heel mooi groot hotel. We kregen een upgrade bij het inchecken. Wauw een goede upgrade naar een suite . Super grote mooi kamer met immens groot bad . Heel leuke extra. Heel lekker uitgebreid ontbijt. Perfecte ligging aan het water. Zeker een aanrader!

Esperienza fantastica. Abbiamo alloggiato nella junior suite al 10 piano. Semplicemente incredibile. Reception super accogliente. Piscina e ristorante di alto livello. È un hotel da 5 stelle. Torneremo!!

A very spacious luxurious hotel.
We visited as a group and from observation , the operational management is worth recommending for attention to detail.
Hotel is very clean with rooms cleaned each day.
The staff so welcoming providing customer service to standard.
During our week stay, staff went over and above to ensure we had a good memorable time.
We had 2 ladies celebrating their birthdays, a surprise to go to their rooms with birthday arrangements on their beds.
Respectful staff.Food was great ..A big thank you to the gentleman who cleaned our rooms,Min Bahadur as well as Basil including 0 staff in the Restaurant A big shout out to Valentina ..Always had a smile.

A kind suggestion to look into providing water each day for guests apart from the complimentary Welcome one on the arrival ..
We needed help to go to Valletta .A staff lady at Reception took the trouble to provide a free Map with directions and timings.She assisted to book cabs and went above and beyond to ensure we boarded the Vans.infront of the hotel.
A must visit to Itlalian Restaurant Ricardo and Cheeky Monkey opposite the hotel..Amazing creative meals.
An amazing hotel with different deco and beautiful view from the Roof top that is breath taking .An unforgettable memory to cherish.

This hotel is nice clean, food is great. The staff are amazing so very helpful, friendly and polite nothing too difficult for them to do. So willing especially our attendant Syed Ali, floor Incharge Monir and Kristan plus many of the others in resturant and house keeping. Thank you for your service.

Great stay at the hotel, excellent room cleanliness thanks to Anil, who did a great job making sure that my room was neat, clean, and stocked.
I would recommend this as an ideal hotel for anyone visiting Malta.

Wydrukowano nam karty pokładowe w recepcji na powrót bezpłatnie.
Pierwszego dnia zanim otrzymaliśmy pokój mogliśmy korzystać z opcji all inclusive, mimo iż doba hotelowa się jeszcze nie zaczęła. Zaproszono nas na śniadanie i lunch jak równiez na kawę i drinka przed otrzymaniem pokoju. Bagaże w bezpieczny sposób oznaczone trafiły do przechowalni i mogliśmy swobodnie cieszyć się urokami i atrakcjami hotelu.
Hotel zapewnia ręczniki basenowe na specjalne karty. W hotelu jest sklep z pamiątkami. bezpieczne przejście z poziomu -1 pod ulicą do części basenów , restauracji i barów.
Jadąc na wycieczkę podczas pobytu czy wyjeźdżając wcześnie rano na samolot można zabrać z baru kawowego suchy prowiant typu bagietki, sałatki, bułki, wrapy.
Na poziomie 0 jest bar z muzyką na żywo wieczorem w ramach all incl serwowane są napoje w szkle w tym likiery i koktaile , wina , bardzo bogata oferta. Naszym ulubionym było malibu z sokiem ananasowym z lodem.

Pokoje wygodne, po generalnym remoncie jak nowe, komfortowe z wygodnym łóżkiem , przestronną wygodną łazienką, balkonem ( kosmetyki, ręczniki wymieniane codziennie i codziennie sprzątanie dokładne pokoju).
w pokoju jest suszarka do włosów, deska do prasowania, żelazko, czajnik elektryczny, herbata , kawa, mleko, ekspres do kawy kapsułkowy, lodówka, sejf, klimatyzacja bez dodatkowych opłat.
Bardzo pomocna obsługa, niezwykle zaangażowana i kompetentna młoda kadra menadżerska, rozwiązuje każdy problem błyskawicznie. Czuliśmy się tam bezpiecznie i bardzo zaopiekowani mimo olbrzymiego obiektu liczącego prawie 600 pokoi.
Nasz pokój został pięknie przystrojony balonami , konfetii , pięknie ułożonymi ręcznikami w kształcie łabędzi w związku iż zgłosiliśmy ze mamy rocznice ślubu.

Dużo wind, toalety i łazienki w różnych częściach hotelu. Obiekt przyjazny dla osób na wózkach i z małymi dziećmi, są podjazdy, windy, podnośniki, stoły dostosowane wysokością.
Wszystko nowe, pachnące, zadbane, komfortowe. Jedzenie odpowiednie zarówno dla dzieci, dla wegan, miłosnikow ryb i owoców morza jak i wymagajacych miesozerców ( jagniecina, wpaniała młoda wołowina, drob, wieprzowina), sałatki

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam jako umiarkowanie udany. Swoją ocenę chciałbym argumentować w kilku wadach i zaletach.
Zalety :
-Pokój rodzinny przestronny i wygodny
-duże wygodne łóżka
-sporo szaf
-hotel położony w dobrym miejscu pod względem komunikacyjnym
-wybór jedzenia przy ofercie śniadania /obiado kolację był dostacznie dobry chociaż z mojego punktu widzenia po kilku dniach jedzenie stawało się monotonne, drugą część wyjazdu jedząc w różnych restauracjach w Sliema było znacznie lepiej jakościowo.
-ładna infrastruktura poza pokojami
-miła obsługa
-w pobliżu restauracje z salami zabaw dla dzieci
Wady :
- pokój z widokiem na morze położony wzdłuż ruchliwej ulicy, z której mimo 6 piętra dochodziło dużo hałasu
-silny wiatr powodował spory hałas przez mało szczelne okna
-bardzo zimna woda w basenach otwartych
-baseny otwarte oraz siłownia położone poza budynkiem hotelowym (siłownia około 200-300 metrów)
-monotonne jedzenie średniej jakości
-podejrzany, nieprzyjemny zapach w basenie krytym

Polecam hotel szczególnie rodzinom z małymi dziećmi na kilka dni, z opcją zmiany noclegu w drugiej części wakacji np na Sliema, gdzie jest lepszy wybór restauracji i dodatkowych atrakcji.

Had a great time. The rooms were clean and tidy. Food was fresh and had a good selection. Anil Rai from housekeeping was very keen and friendly on his job.

Kul Jaisi was very helpful and gave us the best service we can imagine! Thanks to him we have been so happy throughout our stay in the hotel. We also liked the amenities! Beautiful swimming pool! The hotel service was great!

Service is very well and the cleaning of the room is very cleaned as well thanks a million to Bishnu Bahadur.
