POLICE MUSEUM

This museum (Μουσείο Κυπριακής Αστυνομίας/Mousio Kipriakis Astinomias) is located next to the police headquarters and 500 m south of the small Kapnos Airport Shuttle bus station. You can spend a few moments there before taking the shuttle to Larnaca airport. Created in 1933, initially only to initiate young recruits, it is open to the public since 2004. It relates the most important investigations of the island in the 20th century and presents different types of equipment used by the police force since the British period.
