In short, Casale Panayotis is a truly unique "product" in the Troodos mountains, so the price isn't too steep.

Located in the center or upper part of Kalopanayiotis village, in the Heliako, Pantheon and Loutraki houses, 5-10 minutes' walk from reception and breakfast. Shuttle service available. One room has a spa bath (please note that this room has a balcony/restricted view).
Superior Studio (close to hotel facilities)

These superior studios are all located in houses in Ayia Marina, Marathos or Byzantino, just a few steps from the reception, Byzantino restaurant, Myrianthousa spa and Archontiko library-lounge. All rooms have a fireplace for the winter months. King or twin beds available on request.
We also have an accessible room designed to offer a comfortable and convenient stay for all guests, whatever their physical abilities. The room is spacious and well-appointed, with wider doors, accessible light switches and grab bars in the bathroom. What's more, the room is located on the first floor, very close to the main hotel building and amenities, allowing easy access and mobility via elevators to common areas and restaurants. Our aim is to ensure that every guest feels welcome and at home during their stay at Casale Panayiotis.

Each suite has a balcony or terrace with seating and magnificent mountain views, as well as a fireplace for the winter months. Junior Suites are located in the Maratho, Heliako and Helianthus houses. King-size or twin beds available on request. Some Junior Suites are dog-friendly - just select Pet Stay after check-out (€35 per stay).
Superior Suite
Luxurious, spacious one-bedroom suites with private shower room, balcony and magnificent mountain views. Each suite has a spacious living room and a fireplace for the winter months. All suites feature a minibar, tea and coffee-making facilities and an espresso machine. Superior suites are located in the Marathos, Heliakos, Helianthus and Loutraki houses. The Loutraki house is a 5-10 minute walk from the main breakfast room. We recommend taking a walk in the fresh mountain air, but if you prefer not to do so, simply call reception for a free shuttle service.

Family rooms
Our family suites feature two bedrooms, one bathroom and a comfortable sitting area - perfect for families or 3 adults sharing. One suite has 2 queen-size beds, the other 1 queen-size bed and 1 king-size bed/twins. The family suites are located in the center of the village in the Heliako house, along narrow, picturesque staircase paths. One family suite is on two levels with a spiral staircase and a fireplace for the winter months.

The Casale Panayiotis hotel offers a luxurious setting for your stay in Cyprus. Set in traditional houses in the village of Kalopanayiotis, its elegant rooms and suites are equipped with everything you need for your stay. Each is equipped with a safe for your valuables, a TV for your entertainment, a mini-bar and Wi-Fi access. There's also a spa with sauna, hydrotherapy pool and luxury treatment rooms. Here, you'll enjoy a wonderful wellness interlude. During your stay, you'll also be treated to a range of culinary experiences. Our restaurants, located throughout the village, offer dishes based on fresh, seasonal produce. You'll discover the very best of Cypriot cuisine. A good address for a luxurious stay!
We had a conversation with the hotel manager. In the end, the hotel's manager, Iliana Hochigorgiu, admitted that the rooms in this old stone building were subleased from another owner and had not undergone any renovation. She also admitted that we were not the first guests to receive this stone room instead of the beautiful, bright room that was advertised on the website, and that they had received negative feedback multiple times. So, the hotel manager is not only aware of the issue and the deceived guests but also knows that there are no real photos of these rooms on the website. Manager Iliana did nothing to address our questions about why they repeatedly treat guests this way, only offering empty apologies and trying to steer the conversation in a positive direction by changing the subject and avoiding giving direct answers.
Please read reviews about this hotel; I deeply regret not having done so, like other guests, and I did not read reviews about this terrible place where people hide behind beautiful ideas of a family business and claim to care about how they conduct their business. They don't care; it's just a way to make money off people who come once and won't return, but that's not a concern because new guests will arrive. The hotel has not seen renovations in a long time, the food in the restaurant is of low quality, and the staff is distant and unfriendly. Perhaps this review will help someone make the decision to go elsewhere.
