In the peaceful community of Little River, just over 4 km south of Mendocino, owner John welcomes you to this charming bed & breakfast. It's a little corner of paradise, an old farmhouse built in 1867 with ocean views and large, pleasant gardens where ducks and chickens frolic - to which we owe the fresh eggs for breakfast. An enchanting, luxurious setting with beautifully appointed rooms. Additional benefits include a fitness studio, 24-hour tea and coffee, and homemade cookies.

Great location, amazing breakfast! Fire in a fireplace and time on the lawn. Restful and lovely. Will definitely be back.

This place was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. Our room was clean ... and we loved the fireplace. The hotel is conveniently located about two miles south of Mendocino ... which is absolutely charming in itself. Also, an unexpected surprise, our room was situated at the start of two trailheads that both led to the coast. We did both (less than 10-minute walks) and the sites were spectacular beyond words! Do yourself a favor and experience this place for yourself!
