In the left wing of this chateau dedicated to learning the art of the table, you'll come across students in white aprons with their cook's kit under their arms. You can attend cooking classes on the weekends and shop in an area dedicated to kitchen accessories. In the right wing is the renowned restaurant, where the permanent staff and students of the program serve. The menu includes seafood, risottos and ribs.

Bro, this place wildin'. Tuition pricey but the experience is well worth especially if you get into a class where mostly* everyone gets along. Crazy stuff goes on that no tourist would know.

We check this place out,he doesn't know what the place was about too. They offer wine tasting here, great recommendation from the lady at the counter, gave you a card and wine ???? poured out of the machine ????????

We enjoyed Dinner at the Gatehouse, always delicious and great service. Then came back a couple day's later to buy some things in the store.

Beautiful building. Impossible to miss driving pass St. Helena. The culinary school has a wonderful restaurant where the students show off their talents
