ULVA ISLAND FERRY

This family business, consisting of Rakiura and Anyta, takes you to the jewel that is Ulva Island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The short 15-minute ride is enjoyable on its own. Departures are from the Golden Bay Pier at five different times. There is no need to make a reservation, however, you must report your arrival once you are there, you will be given a small ticket in the form of a tree leaf that you must keep preciously to return to Oban... well if you want to.
