THE PIER HOTEL

This is probably the best restaurant in Kaikoura. Both for lunch and dinner, you are assured of good dishes based on fresh local products and the address is excellent to taste the fresh fish of the region but also its seafood. In the evening, the small room on the right is more intimate. Located just under three kilometers from town, this characterful building, built in 1885, is also an excellent place to stay. It is also a historic bar frequented for over a century by the whaling fleets.
