MEOW

A small, intimate venue, Meow mainly hosts concerts of all styles, but is also, more unexpectedly, a flagship venue for Wellington's literary scene. Every year, it hosts the Wellington Jazz Festivalin June and the Verb Festival's literary festival in November. A small bar on site serves beer, wine, spirits and good food to accompany the shows you've come to see. Meow is recognized as one of the country's top 10 concert venues, and is undeniably a musical institution in Wellington.
