ZIPPY CENTRAL

This classic kiwi café is certainly the cheapest in town, and a firm favorite with the locals. Bagels are a speciality, and the menu plays with acronyms, from the classic BLT (Bacon-Lettuce-Tomato), BLAT (same as above, but with Avocado), BLEAT (with Egg) to the more unusual PHAT (Pesto-Hummus-Avocado-Tomato) or FAMB (Feta-Avocado-Mushrooms-Bacon). The decor is colorful and deliciously retro, with mismatched blue, green and red chairs and Formica tables worthy of the 60s!
