ZOOLOGICAL NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM

The Natural History Zoological Museum is located in the Faculty of Science at Addis Ababa University. It exhibits a naturalistic collection of the country's indigenous species, with plenty of stuffed animals, just like any other natural history museum! It is run by Addis Ababa University College and was founded in 1955. Here you can discover explanations of almost 1,100 species of African animals, most of them collected by Saverio Patrizi during the Italian occupation.
