RŪTA - CHOCOLATE MUSEUM

A journey through four thousand years of chocolate history in the country's oldest chocolate factory! From the astonishing use of cocoa by peoples in South America to the consumption of chocolate in today's world, via the recipes of ^17th-century European bourgeoisie, it's an interesting visit. Tastings can be booked in advance. In the café on the first floor, you can taste the cocoa drink consumed by the Incas (a must-try!) and eat a pastry made with homemade chocolate.
