ETHNOGRAPHIC FARM OF THE COASTAL FISHERY

This open-air museum (Pajūrio žvejo etnografinės sodybos kompleksas) has old fishing boats, including a kurenas, a typical Curonian Spit sailboat from 1935, and three Baltic trawlers from 1940. The ethnographic farm next door gives an insight into the life of fishermen in the past with various tools, a "velvet" that was used to pour water on the sails, objects of daily life... It is a good complement to the open-air museum in Rusne.
