JEWISH STATE MUSEUM: SAMUEL BAK MUSEUM

This museum is dedicated to Jewish history and to the Lithuanian-American painter Samuel Bak. There are a number of exhibits on display, including "Jewish Life in Lithuania", a 28-stand exhibition recounting the tormented history of the Jews, from the earliest settlements to the present-day and historic territories. The Second World War and the Holocaust are also explained and documented. A very interesting museum.
