LATGALES MAKSLAS UN AMTNIECIBAS CENTRS

At the confluence of the Daugava and Dubna, this craft centre is built on the ruins of Baron Liven's manor house (1533) which gave its name to the city. Temporary exhibitions are located in the modern wing of the centre, while in the old building you discover objects of Artisans craftsmen, such as antique furniture, milk, jam or honey, a weaving shop. There is also the country's longest hand-woven belt (94 m).
