In the heart of a former workshop complex (renamed Julianna's Courtyard-Juliannas pagalms) with a few nice eateries, there's this little beer cellar where it's nice to sit and sample some local craft beers. There are a dozen on tap (and others in cans). Don't hesitate to ask the bartender on duty for advice. Sit at the counter and chat with him and the other bar tenders, or grab a board game or chess board. You won't want to move all evening.
